For which grades do you accept applications?

We welcome applications from qualified students for all grade levels.  We evaluate candidates of equal caliber according to our tiered system:

  1. Siblings of current students
  2. Baptized Catholics and active, registered members of Saint Paul the Apostle Parish
  3. Baptized Catholics and active, registered members of other Catholic parishes
  4. Non-Catholics and non-parishioners

When should I begin the application process and what are the deadlines?

Please visit our school.  A link can be found on the Admissions timeline page. Applications for all grade levels are available online beginning October 1st and due by December 1st. We can accept applications outside that timeline as space permits.

What are the age requirements for entrance into Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten?

For Developmental Kindergarten, your child must be 4 by September 1st.  For Kindergarten, applicants must be 5 by September 1st.

Are there any testing requirements for applicants?

Applicants for Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten must complete a readiness assessment.  Spots for these assessments are reserved online and take place in January 2025.

Is there financial assistance offered and how do I apply?

Do you accept persons of other faiths?

Yes, we live out the charism of the Paulist Fathers in that “wherever you are on your faith journey, you are welcome here.”  

How do I become a registered member of the parish?

When will we be notified if my child has been accepted?

For the 2025-26 school year, parents will be notified by the following dates:

  • Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten: March, 2025
  • Grades 1-8: March, 2025
