Children’s Choir: Voices Lifted in Praise
Our Children’s Choir is one of the most beloved traditions at St. Paul the Apostle. Open to all students in grades 3-8, this dedicated group brings something special to our parish community, lending their voices to lead the assembly at monthly Sunday Masses and our treasured Christmas Eve Family Mass. Choir members come to understand that they are part of the parish’s music ministry.
No audition is required: just a willing heart and a commitment to share their gifts. What begins as learning notes and rhythms becomes something much greater: students discover the power of their voices to inspire prayer, comfort hearts, and bring our community closer to God.
Parishioners often tell us that Masses with the Children’s Choir feel extra special. There is an authenticity and pure joy in young voices raised in worship that touches everyone present. Beyond their regular Mass schedule, the choir leads school celebrations and special events throughout the year, always reminding us that some of the most powerful prayers are sung.
