August Traffic Duty Help
Please help out if you can and sign up at the link above for one day of traffic duty in August.  Morning arrival in the schoolyard or first day on Selby at 7:10 A.M.  Afternoon at the Selby driveway is from 2:40 – 3:30 P.M.  All volunteers for traffic duty must be vaccinated against Covid and masked at all times while on campus.  To sign up, click the button below.
General Traffic Information
Morning Drop-off is from 7:15 to 8:00 a.m. To keep the car line moving, please plan to drop-off younger students between 7:45 and 8:00 a.m. Cars may only approach the Selby Ave. driveway entrance from the south (turning right) and there will not be drop-off stations on Ohio Ave. Car line will resemble last Spring. Health screening and temperature-taking are not required at this time. The bell to begin the day will ring at 8:05 a.m.
Afternoon Pick-Up requires parents to park and walk into school. Pick up begins at 2:45 p.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. Pick up between 2:45 p.m. and 3:05 p.m. will be from classrooms and after 3:05 p.m. will be from the lunch tables in the school yard. At 3:30 p.m. students who have not been picked up will be signed in to After-School Care and charges applied.  Students in grades 6 through 8, with written permission from their parents, may sign themselves out at 3:05 p.m. If they are picking up siblings, they do so at the lunch tables, and immediately exit the South Selby Gate. Parking spaces directly in front of school may not be used for parking and are for immediate loading and unloading of students only. A security officer is stationed at the front entrance of the school until 3:30 p.m. At 3:30 p.m. any students remaining in front of the school, will also be signed into After-School Care and charges applied.
We strongly encourage parents to organize carpools for both environmental and efficiency reasons.
After-school Care
After-School Care will be available this year. If you are interested in enrolling on a regular or drop-in basis, please read the information attached below and submit an After-School Care Enrollment Form to Mayora Hiney (mhiney@sp-apostle.org) before the first day of school.  To fill out the form, click on the button below.
