Q: For which grades do you accept applications?


We welcome applications from qualified students for all grade levels.  We evaluate candidates of equal caliber according to our tiered system:

  1. Siblings of current students
  2. Baptized Catholics and active, registered members of St. Paul the Apostle Parish
  3. Baptized Catholics and active, registered members of other Catholic parishes
  4. Non-Catholics and non-parishioners


Q: When should I begin the application process and what are the deadlines?


Please complete a prospective student form.  A link can be found on our overview page. Applications for all grade levels are available online beginning November 1.  We accept applications year-round for all grade levels.


Q: What are the age requirements for entrance into Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten?


For Developmental Kindergarten, your child must be 4 by September 1st.  For Kindergarten, applicants must be 5 by September 1st.


Q: Are there any testing requirements for applicants?


Applicants for Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten must complete a readiness assessment.  Spots for these assessments are reserved online and take place on either January 11, January 25.

Q: Is there financial assistance offered and how do I apply?

Yes, we live out the charism of the Paulist Fathers in that “wherever you are on your faith journey, you are welcome here.”

Q: When will we be notified if my child has been accepted?


For the 2020-21 school year, parents will be notified by the following dates:


  • Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten: February 21


  • Grades 1-8: March 6
